Co-signing in requesting phase
Due to the latest developments in WPS, it is now possible to perform the co-signing in the requesting section. In this way, direct communication between the requester and co-signer(s) can take place before the work permit is finally created. This can speed up the work permit process in some business situations. In the coordination phase, the request can now be converted into an issued work permit much faster, because the co-signers have already given their approval and have possibly already communicated about this with the requester. The coordinator no longer needs to be involved in this process.
Co-signer adds isolations
Another new feature is that a co-signer can now add or change isolations during the co-signing step. Because some isolations can best be estimated by co-signers, this makes the work permit process more streamlined. The coordinator no longer necessarily has to have all the knowledge or find out information about isolations (LoTo).
