Are you already a WPS user? Then you can also send an e-mail to the project address that we have agreed with you. The e-mail will be sent to the right place immediately.

› If you can not log in with your WPS user account

You can first try to contact the administration of WPS within your own organization, this person can send users a password reset via the management environment.

If it still fails, you can send an e-mail from the e-mail address, with which you want to log in, to helpdesk@workpermitsystem.com or the project address for your organization (e-mails from another e-mail address, we do not take this into consideration).

› Not all images in WPS are shown

This is probably because you are using an outdated version of your web browser.

In view of speed and security, WPS was created for modern browsers. In the case of Microsoft Internet Explorer, this means version 9 or higher.

› Reset your WPS user password

When you can log in

After logging in, click on your name at the top right. Select 'User details' in the menu, enter your new password twice in the Change password fields and click on the 'Save' button.

When you can not log in

Click on the 'Forgot your password?' on the login screen of your WPS installation and follow the instructions.
