Update: Certificate & instruction system
In addition to WPS, BlueBear offers a SaaS service that can complement WPS: CIS, our certificate and instruction system. Recently, CIS received a number of updates, making it possible to automatically inform users when a certificate is about to expire. The certificate can be renewed from any location and device with an internet connection, even before arriving on-site. Among other things, customers use this software for gate instructions. Employees, contractors, and suppliers arrive at the gate, and before entering the premises, they must have passed a safety test. Often, this involves watching a safety video, all managed within CIS. CIS is also used as an e-learning tool for employees and external parties to enhance the level of awareness and understanding of safety protocols and knowledge. New client Unilever Brussels
Following a number of other Unilever facilities, CIS has been implemented in a facility in Brussels. It is a setup with a safety video and questions to inform visitors and contractors about on-site safety rules and to assess their understanding. In this case, CIS is used as gate instruction system tailored to the office environment of this Unilever location. The automatic notifications regarding certificate validity save time for the HSE manager. Visitors have the option to watch the video and complete the assessment both beforehand and on-site. |
